Before joining Watercrest, he led teams as the Center Manager at JenCare Senior Medical Centers in Richmond and served as the Director of Patient Services at Advanced Orthopedics. These positions allowed him to cultivate high-performing teams and significantly improve organizational capabilities to enhance care outcomes.

His prior experience with Marriott International, where he spent 17 years honing his skills in hotel operations, has profoundly influenced Satterwhite's leadership style.
