With a robust background in senior living and hospitality, Satterwhite sets the stage for enhanced care experiences in the community.
Satterwhite comes to this position with over five years of experience directing senior living communities, where he has consistently been recognized for his focus on operational excellence and the delivery of high-quality resident care. Before joining Watercrest, he led teams as the Center Manager at JenCare Senior Medical Centers in Richmond and served as the Director of Patient Services at Advanced Orthopedics. These positions allowed him to cultivate high-performing teams and significantly improve organizational capabilities to enhance care outcomes.
His prior experience with Marriott International, where he spent 17 years honing his skills in hotel operations, has profoundly influenced Satterwhite's leadership style. This hospitality background has shaped his commitment to service excellence, enabling him to build strong, caring environments wherever he works. His experience managing a VIP Concierge Service for Allianz Global Assistance further exemplifies his talent in creating exceptional customer experiences.
