A New Culinary Experience in Tokyo
On October 30, 2026, the highly anticipated
Jardin des Sens Tokyo will officially open its doors in Marunouchi, Tokyo, offering a fresh chapter for the renowned French restaurant previously known as
Sens et Saveurs. Restaurant group
Hiramatsu, based in Shibuya, has revealed that reservations for this exquisite dining experience will be accepted starting on September 1, 2026.
Having operated for over twenty years, Sens et Saveurs has transformed and evolved into Jardin des Sens Tokyo, infusing the philosophy and spirit of its Montpellier counterpart, owned by the acclaimed
Pulceur brothers. Guests will revel in an artful blend of culinary craftsmanship, luxurious ambiance, and impeccable service that reflects the unique gastronomical vision of the original Montpellier location.
A Unique Vision and Design
The redesign aims to highlight the harmonious relationship between the seasons of Japan and the culinary artistry inspired by French traditions. The interior space of Jardin des Sens Tokyo, crafted by renowned designer
Christian Colas, promises a feast for the senses. Guests will experience an engaging atmosphere that resonates with the essence of Montpellier while celebrating the richness of Tokyo's cultural tapestry.
