Alarmingly, nearly one third of these businesses have not perceived any significant results from their current measures aimed at reducing this rate.

The study involved 111 marketing professionals from D2C companies who are considering implementing LINE marketing strategies. Despite various attempts to improve their digital customer engagement, many find their efforts falling short. Issues like
