UrVenue Elevates Its Presence on the Las Vegas Strip with New Headquarters

UrVenue Expands with New Las Vegas Headquarters

UrVenue, a prominent player in the hospitality technology sector, has recently announced the inauguration of its new corporate headquarters located directly on the iconic Las Vegas Strip. The official opening took place on September 2, 2026, marking a significant milestone for the company as it aims to strengthen its commercial operations and improve customer relations in the heart of the hospitality industry.

The location at 3327 S. Las Vegas Blvd. Suite 3400 was strategically chosen to enhance UrVenue's accessibility to the various hospitality, gaming, nightlife, and entertainment operators it serves. By placing its headquarters in close proximity to its customer base, UrVenue hopes to facilitate better partnerships and spur growth across its existing sectors, particularly in nightlife and daylife venues, as well as hotels and resorts.

Emily Curtin, UrVenue's Interim Chief Executive Officer, expressed excitement about this major development: "Opening our headquarters directly on the Las Vegas Strip is an important milestone for UrVenue. This is where the company started, where we have built some of our deepest customer relationships, and where hospitality continues to set the pace for the industry." Her words underscore the company's commitment to remaining close to its customers and responding effectively to their needs.

To enhance its operational capabilities, UrVenue has also made several key hires and promoted existing staff members within its Customer Success, Business Development, and Marketing teams. The new appointments signify UrVenue's commitment to investing in experienced personnel who can navigate the hospitality landscape efficiently.

Notably, Michael Sullivan has been appointed to lead global client success efforts across the nightlife, daylife, and lifestyle sectors. Sullivan brings a wealth of experience, boasting over 25 years in the hospitality and nightlife field, having previously held key positions at renowned establishments including Wynn Nightlife and the TAO Group. His expertise is expected to reinforce UrVenue's standing in these crucial sectors and support clients using the company's Venue Management System (VMS).

Also joining the team is Amy You, a Business Development Executive with over a decade of experience in luxury hospitality and global sales. Her previous role at Caesars Entertainment involved overseeing luxury sales across a portfolio of high-end suites and villas, showcasing her ability to foster critical relationships in the industry. This experience will be invaluable as UrVenue expands its footprint in the luxury hospitality segment.

In addition to these new hires, Kerry Osborne has been promoted to Client Success Manager, where he will oversee hotel and resort customers using UrResort, the company’s Property Experience Management System (PXMS). His promotion reflects UrVenue's focus on enhancing relationships with enterprise customers and accelerating growth in the hotel and resort industry.

Furthermore, UrVenue has appointed Joseph Pomar-Webb as the Senior Marketing Manager, leveraging a decade of marketing experience from his previous roles at MGM Resorts International and Caesars Entertainment.

Tracee Nalewak, Chief Growth Officer at UrVenue, emphasizes the company's core value of "Hospitality for Hospitality," which is central to their recruitment strategy. By hiring individuals who have first-hand experience in the hospitality sector and blending it with the operational knowledge of those who have grown within UrVenue, the company is poised to optimize relationships and uncover new opportunities successfully.

As hospitality continues to evolve, UrVenue aims to remain at the forefront of the industry by leveraging its strategic location, experienced team, and innovative technology solutions. The new headquarters is not just a physical space; it symbolizes UrVenue's ambitions to transform how venues, hotels, and resorts manage and monetize their experience inventory effectively.
