Suit Up Appoints as Target Service for IT Implementation Subsidy 2025

In a significant development for small to medium-sized enterprises, Suits Inc., based in Chiyoda, Tokyo, proudly announces that its team task management software, Suit Up, has been certified as a target service under the IT Implementation Subsidy 2025 program endorsed by the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry of Japan.

Understanding the IT Implementation Subsidy 2025

The IT Implementation Subsidy 2025 is a financial support program aimed at assisting small businesses and startups in overcoming various management challenges by implementing IT tools. This initiative helps these businesses acquire funds to ease their transition into a technologically advanced operational framework.

As a recognized service, organizations integrating Suit Up can apply for the IT Implementation Subsidy 2025. If approved, they are eligible to receive up to 50% of their monthly subscription fees for two years—amounting to a maximum of 1.5 million yen (excluding taxes). However, it should be noted that there are eligibility criteria, and not all applicants will be granted subsidies. Furthermore, this subsidy applies exclusively to new installations, so existing users of Suit Up are not eligible.

Features of Suit Up

Suit Up is designed for easy and consistent project and task management within teams. Its user-friendly interface mimics spreadsheet functionalities to enhance transparency in exposure. This helps prevent task oversights and missed deadlines. For companies looking to streamline their operational efficiency, Suit Up represents a perfect opportunity to foster improvement in task management practices.

Starting from September 2023, Suit Up has been available in alpha expansion, transitioning to beta in April 2024. The beta version introduced fundamental features for task organization, communication enhancements, and data analytics, alongside unique capabilities not found in standard spreadsheet services such as template tasks and deadline notifications, making daily task management straightforward.

The pricing structure includes a standard plan at 1,080 yen per user per month (excluding taxes). For organizations with 10 or fewer users, a starter plan is available at just 500 yen per user per month to reduce initial barriers for new applicants. As part of a promotional campaign, there is no initial cost until June 30, 2025.
