Beko Europe Celebrated as a Top Employer 2026

Beko Europe announced with pride that it has been certified as a Top Employer Europe 2026, marking the ninth consecutive year for this prestigious recognition. Garnering an outstanding score of 85%, Beko received this honor across several countries, including Italy, France, Germany, Poland, the United Kingdom, Romania, Slovakia, and Spain. This achievement highlights Beko’s unwavering commitment to fostering a workplace culture focused on employee well-being, professional development, and inclusivity.

Fabio Colombo, Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Beko Europe, remarked, “Our continuous recognition by the Top Employers Institute reflects our commitment to excellent employment practices across Europe, even during challenging times for our industry. We remain focused on listening to our employees and fostering a workplace culture grounded in respect, dialogue, and care.”

The Top Employers Programme is recognized globally for certifying excellent HR practices, and in 2026, Beko stood out in four key areas: ethics and integrity; inclusion and diversity; clear purpose and values; and leadership. The certification process includes strict evaluations, involving a best-practice survey and evidence-based assessments, validated by an independent HR auditor. Beko Europe excelled particularly in ethics and integrity, inclusion and diversity, purpose and values, and strong leadership.

Beko continues to invest in initiatives that promote a secure, balanced, and inclusive work environment. Inclusion and diversity are deeply embedded in Beko’s corporate culture, supported by concrete actions such as voluntary Employee Resource Groups, including the Women’s Network and other DEI-oriented networks that enhance dialogue, representation, and collaboration across the organization.

The Top Employers Institute has certified over 2,300 organizations across 122 countries and regions, positively impacting the lives of over 9 million employees globally. In 2026, a total of 1,286 companies received this prestigious award worldwide.
