From March 23 to 26, 2026, Hitachi Ltd. will participate in the prestigious KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Europe 2026, held in Amsterdam. This flagship conference, organized by the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF), aims to showcase the latest trends and developments in cloud-native technologies. Hitachi has been selected to deliver three presentations, the highest number by any Japanese company, further solidifying its position as a leader in this innovative field.

During the conference, Hitachi will focus on vital topics such as security requirements in the age of AI, technologies for core business operations, and the transition between virtual machine and container integration. These presentations will highlight the latest advancements in open-source software (OSS) applicable to enterprises. In addition, on March 23, Hitachi will also host a session at KeycloakCon Europe, where they will discuss the crucial OSS Keycloak and the Model Context Protocol (MCP), highlighting its significance for secure connections between AI agents and external systems.

Hitachi's commitment to the CNCF community has been further exemplified through its participation as a governing member, contributing expertise in security and compliance. In particular, Hitachi has played a pivotal role in the ongoing development of Keycloak’s core functionalities.
