TEAM JAPAN 2020 VILLAGE Hosts Support Fair for Milan-Cortina 2026 Olympics

The Tokyo 2020 Olympic Village site, now known as TEAM JAPAN 2020 VILLAGE, is set to host a special support fair for the Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics. This event will take place at the Cafe & Restaurant CENTRALE within the HARUMI FLAG complex from January 25 to February 28, 2026.

Organized by the Japan Olympic Committee (JOC), Ajinomoto Co., Inc., and Mitsui Fudosan Residential, this fair aims to strengthen support for TEAM JAPAN while promoting the themes of food, sports, and health. As a part of this, unique menu items will be available for a limited time, highlighting the synergy between nutrition and athletic performance.

Among the offerings is the victory meal, developed in collaboration with Shizuka Arakawa, the gold medalist in figure skating at the Torino 2006 Winter Olympics. This dish, known as “Gochisou Loco Moco Don,” serves a hearty mix of grilled and fresh vegetables, along with a flavorful hamburger, providing essential nutrients in a wholesome meal. The menu is specifically designed to cater to all age groups by offering a healthy meal with reduced fat content, making it appealing even to children. An onion soup will accompany this dish, adding to the delight of dining.
