Inaugural BOTANIST CREATIVE AWARD 2026 Opens Entries on March 27

Introduction

The BOTANIST CREATIVE AWARD 2026, organized by I-ne Co., Ltd., will commence accepting submissions from March 27, 2026. This inaugural event invites individuals from both professional and amateur backgrounds to express their creativity under the theme of 'wisdom from plants.'

About the Award

The award seeks to convey the essence of BOTANIST's philosophy, which is rooted in living harmoniously with plants. It aims to harness the life force and beauty of plants to inspire and educate through art. Participants are encouraged to utilize BOTANIST products or logos in their work, merging their artistic expression with the lessons learned from nature.

As a major highlight, renowned Japanese art director and creative director, Chie Morimoto, will head the judging panel, alongside New Imai, CCO of I-ne. Their goal is to showcase the beauty of living with plants while encouraging creativity and versatility among participants.

Morimoto, a graduate of Musashino Art University, founded goen° in 2007 after gaining experience at Hakuhodo. Her accolades include numerous awards for branding and advertising projects related to popular artists such as Mr.Children and Yumi Matsutoya.

Imai is a co-founder of I-ne and has played a significant role in launching the company’s e-commerce initiatives. He is known for developing brands like BOTANIST and YOLU, drawing influence from hardcore music culture.

Award Details

Theme: Wisdom from Plants

The award is open for submissions in the form of static images or videos. Participants must include an image of any BOTANIST product or logo from the special site in their works.

Submission Process:

1. Post your work using the hashtag #ボタニストクリエイティブアワード2026 on X or Instagram.
2. Fill out the application form and send your project data.

Schedule:

- Submission Period: March 27, 2026, 12:00 - May 10, 2026, 23:59
- Results Announcement: Late June 2026 on the special site.

Prizes:

- Grand Prize (1 Winner): 300,000 yen + 5 selected BOTANIST products
- Judge's Award (3 Winners): 100,000 yen + 5 selected BOTANIST products
- BOTANIST Award (6 Winners): 5 selected BOTANIST products
