CRE Co., Ltd. and Yamato Transport Form New Partnership Agreement
CRE Co., Ltd., headquartered in the Minato Ward of Tokyo and led by COO Tadau Kameyama, has announced a significant milestone in its logistics endeavors. The company, along with its subsidiary Strategic Partners, Inc. (SP), represented by President Yasuyuki Mizuno, has formally entered into a new partnership agreement with Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. This agreement is set to enhance the optimization of Yamato's logistics assets, officially taking effect on June 30, 2026.
This partnership marks an evolution in the ongoing collaboration that began with an initial agreement on March 1, 2021. The goal has always been to optimize Yamato’s domestic and international logistics facilities through strategic initiatives, including the effective use of their logistics assets and the reconfiguration of operational bases. The latest agreement further deepens this commitment, responding to Yamato's plans to establish a real estate management subsidiary aimed at improving profitability and efficiency within its warehousing operations, slated for launch on July 1, 2026.
The new partnership will not only focus on optimizing the logistics portfolio of Yamato Transport and its subsidiaries but will also assist in the establishment of a property management department within the new subsidiary. This initiative underscores CRE’s strategic vision of becoming a leading company in logistics real estate, not just in Japan but across Asia and worldwide, as they continue to provide comprehensive solutions in this sector.
