This specialized program, limited to just five participants, focuses on personalized coaching by experts in sprinting techniques. Schedule

Participants can choose from three time slots:
1. 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM (Check-in at 8:45 AM)
2. 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM (Check-in at 11:15 AM)
3. 2:45 PM - 4:45 PM (Check-in at 2:30 PM)
The schedule includes warm-ups, sprint drills, form practice, start dashes, timekeeping, and an award ceremony.
