From April 8th to April 10th, 2026, CRE, or Creative Real Estate, will showcase its latest offerings at the 7th Kansai Logistics Exhibition (KANSAI LOGIX 2026), to be held at Intex Osaka. What to Expect at the CRE Booth

The CRE booth will highlight several key aspects:

1. Showcasing Latest Logistics Facilities: Visitors can expect to see the latest recruitment information for logistics facilities developed and operated by CRE, especially focusing on the Kansai region. Key structures to be featured include:
- LogiSquare Kyoto Tanabe B, scheduled to be completed in August 2026.
- LogiSquare Osaka Katano, already completed.
- LogiSquare Nagoya Minato, completed in the Chubu region.
- LogiSquare Tosu II, expected completion in September 2026.
- LogiSquare Tosu III, making its first appearance, set for completion in April 2027.
Furthermore, CRE will present plans for properties in the Kanto region and ones available for immediate occupancy.

2. Asset Utilization Proposals with "Machi-naka Warehouse": CRE will introduce innovative models leveraging under-utilized and low-occupancy assets for conversion into logistics warehouses. This proposal aims for stability and profitability through real-world examples. The Machi-naka Warehouse concept focuses on medium to small-sized warehouses, which can range from approximately 300㎡ (about 100 tsubo) to 6,000㎡ (about 2,000 tsubo). These facilities are often renovations of factories or workshops that have been transformed into logistics solutions.

3. Individual Consultation on Logistics Hub Strategy: For companies contemplating the establishment or reorganization of logistics hubs, CRE offers personalized consultations. This service includes assistance in area selection and strategic planning for future facility placements.
