Kobayashi Sachiko, who, having received the honorary title of Shibuya's tourism ambassador, is affectionately known as “the final boss” among fans of all ages. Additionally, the iconic
Zeebra, who has played a crucial role in shaping Japan’s hip-hop scene, is set to perform. Other highlights include multi-talented artist
Mitsuaki Matsuoka, who balances his music career with his acting career, the dynamic dance group
