The trial saw participation from 51 residents who provided valuable insights through post-event surveys. Positive feedback dominated the responses, with 100% of participants finding both the LINE interface and the card reader process smooth. The web form and My Number card also garnered high approval ratings of 91% and 83%, respectively, showcasing the clear advantages of incorporating digital methods into evacuation protocols.

The Evacuee Management System employed during this trial integrates multiple services into a cohesive platform. Key features include the VACAN Maps, which offers real-time information regarding shelter locations and congestion levels, and the VACAN Console, directed at managers. Future Prospects

Going forward, VACAN aims to extend functionalities of the evacuation system, including management of entry/exit using identification cards and compiling evacuee lists.
