This interactive platform will cover substantial topics surrounding smart mobility and autonomous driving, emphasizing both infrastructural innovations and regulatory frameworks.

Day 1: September 8, 2025


The first day of the seminar will include pivotal lectures by renowned experts:
1. Maki Komaki from the Cabinet Office will delve into the Strategic Innovation Promotion Program (SIP) aimed at developing the Smart Mobility Platform. He will discuss how to integrate various mobility resources and innovate services along with hardware and software infrastructure.
2. Hidiki Kato from the National Police Agency will discuss the steps and guidelines the police are taking towards implementing autonomous vehicles, emphasizing safety and regulatory measures to enhance traffic safety and reduce accidents.
3. Hiroya Uchiyama from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism will present initiatives related to public transport and regional traffic, aiming to address issues caused by demographic changes and labor shortages.
4. Masashi Shinkai, CSO of Tier IV, will talk about democratizing autonomous driving through open-source solutions, exploring real-world implementation cases and discussing collaborative efforts between public and private sectors.
5. Shintaro Fukushima from Toyota will examine the usage of vehicle data and its significance in enhancing user experience while contributing to carbon neutrality efforts.

Day 2: September 9, 2025


The second day will focus on more policy-oriented discussions:
1. Yuta Sekiguchi from the Digital Agency will present the "Mobility Roadmap 2025," outlining vital milestones and policies for achieving autonomous vehicle integration into everyday society.
2. Yujiro Hayashi from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications will discuss the essential infrastructure necessary for Level 4 autonomous systems, focusing on the role of communication technologies.
3. Tomoyuki Someya from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry will provide insights into the Mobility DX strategy, highlighting its recent updates and the shifts within the automotive industry caused by AI and digital technologies.
4. Takuya Nishibayashi from Sony-Honda Mobility will showcase their innovative driving assistance technologies and digital cockpit experiences powered by advanced AI and gaming technologies.
5. Ken Kimura from Nissan will present their on-demand mobility initiatives tailored to community needs, illustrating real-world applications and the road ahead toward practical implementation.
