At Z Holdings Corporation, he managed the security department, leading the implementation of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework across the company. Later, at LINE Yahoo, he directed company-wide security education initiatives, showcasing his dedication to cultivating an informed and proactive security culture.

In his new role, Hino aims to leverage his extensive experience to enhance KnowledgeWork’s security strategies. He recognizes that effective security is not solely about technology but also requires engaging with organizations, people, and societal contexts with sincerity.
