Hino’s previous roles include significant leadership positions focused on security governance, incident management, and educational initiatives aimed at promoting security awareness. At Z Holdings Corporation, he managed the security department, leading the implementation of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework across the company. Later, at LINE Yahoo, he directed company-wide security education initiatives, showcasing his dedication to cultivating an informed and proactive security culture.

In his new role, Hino aims to leverage his extensive experience to enhance KnowledgeWork’s security strategies. He recognizes that effective security is not solely about technology but also requires engaging with organizations, people, and societal contexts with sincerity.
