As stated by the company's founder and CEO, Donald Meyer, Dr. Morrish's extensive experience leading transformative technology initiatives at prominent organizations such as DARPA, Raytheon, L3Harris, and ASPIRE aligns seamlessly with NTS's mission. In his prior roles, Dr. Morrish has undertaken influential positions such as the founding CEO of ASPIRE, which is the technology program management branch of Abu Dhabi's Advanced Technology Research Council (ATRC). Additionally, during his tenure as Vice President for Advanced Concepts and Technology at Raytheon's Intelligence and Space Systems, he paved the way for advancements within the industry. He has also served as the Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for L3 Communications’ Electronic Systems Group and was the Director of the Tactical Technology Office at DARPA.

Dr. Morrish holds a Ph.D. in analytical chemistry from the University of Maryland and a B.S. in Physical Science from Michigan State University.
