This new range features an enticing variety of flavors, crafted to celebrate the essence of fall.

The seasonal offerings include three delectable varieties: the Sweet Potato Liege waffle, the Purple Sweet Potato Liege waffle, and the savory Beef Stew Hashle waffle. Each waffle is designed to evoke the comforting and rich flavors associated with the autumn season.

Sweet Potato Liege Waffle

The Sweet Potato Liege waffle highlights the sweetness of Japan's domestically sourced Konaazuma sweet potatoes, enveloped in a delicate batter made with Hokkaido fermented butter. The addition of toasted sesame seeds adds a delightful aroma to each bite. With a price of ¥280 (including tax), this indulgent treat will be available from October 1 to November 15, 2025, offering taste sensations that appeal to both children and adults alike.

Purple Sweet Potato Liege Waffle

For a vibrant twist, the Purple Sweet Potato Liege waffle features a stunning blend of rich purple swede, encased in a smooth batter. Celebrating autumn's abundant colors, this waffle combines the natural flavors of sweet potatoes with a sprinkle of toasted black sesame seeds. This treat follows the same price point and availability period as the Sweet Potato waffle, providing a flavorful autumn snack option for all.

Beef Stew Hashle Waffle

If you seek a more savory option, the Beef Stew Hashle waffle offers a hearty experience. It combines tender braised beef with aromatic vegetables, creating a flavorful and rich stew that is enveloped in a crispy golden exterior. With an accompanying crunch from the panko breadcrumbs, this waffle is priced at ¥360 and is meant to be savored warm from October 1 to November 15, 2025.

Returning Fall Favorite: Pumpkin Pudding Waffle

In addition to the new seasonal offerings, the Pumpkin Pudding Hashle waffle will get a festive makeover for Halloween. From August 16, 2025, to November 15, 2025, this waffle will feature a charming jack-o'-lantern design. Utilizing Ebisu pumpkin cream and a dash of caramel, this treat is perfectly balanced with cocoa powder tailored for a more mature palate, available at a price of ¥360.

New Classic Additions

From October 1, 2025, two additional Hashle waffle options will join the permanent menu: Soft Custard and Smooth Chocolate Hashle waffles. These delightful cream-filled offerings will bring a taste of authentic Belgian treat standards to the Japanese palate, priced at ¥280 each. Each bite promises a luxurious experience with high-quality ingredients including premium eggs and Hokkaido dairy products.
