This initiative aims to recruit 200 foreign engineers by the fiscal year 2025, with an ambitious goal of placing 170 of these individuals into various roles across the industry.

Collaborations with Indonesian Universities

To achieve these targets, Will of Construction has begun recruiting talent from Indonesia, Nepal, Mongolia, and Myanmar. In Indonesia, the company is forming partnerships with three universities: Bina Nusantara University, Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta, and Universitas Trisakti. Through job fairs and informational sessions, the company is aiming to attract highly qualified graduates from these institutions who specialize in construction-related disciplines. Once hired, these individuals will join Will of Construction as full-time employees and will be deployed to construction companies across Japan as site managers.
