Suits Inc. Recruiting Free Monitors for Suits Up

As part of its upcoming celebration for the company's 10th anniversary in 2025, Suits Inc. This initiative runs from November 7 to November 14, 2025, and targets customers who use Suits Up specifically for project management.

Suits Up has been designed to simplify task and project management for teams, promoting an easy-to-use interface that facilitates everyday use. Users interested in participating will get a chance to experience the beta version of Suits Up, which is currently available for a 7-day free trial.

Details of the Free Monitor Program

The monitoring program is limited to three participants from companies celebrating their 10th anniversary in 2025. Chosen participants will engage with Suits Inc. to provide feedback on usability, suggested additional functionalities, and overall experience via email or their preferred chat tools. Additionally, bi-monthly online meetings of about 30 minutes will be scheduled for further insights. Participants will enjoy a waived monthly fee for the period leading up to December 2025, regardless of user count in their workspaces.

Suits Up provides an intuitive cloud platform aimed at easing task management across teams. Launched as an alpha version in September 2023 and subsequently transitioning to beta in April 2024, it integrates features often absent in traditional spreadsheet tools, such as customizable task templates, deadline notifications, and routine task automation. All these features aim to facilitate seamless daily operations while reducing the chance for overlooked tasks and missing deadlines.

With a standard pricing model set at ¥1,080 (excluding tax) per user per month for organizations, there also exists a starter plan priced at ¥500 (excluding tax) for companies with ten or fewer users to ensure affordability. To further incentivize new users, an ongoing campaign waives initial setup fees until December 31, 2025.
