NHP Foundation Strengthens Leadership for Future Growth
The NHP Foundation (NHPF), a prominent not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing affordable housing, has made strategic enhancements to its Board of Trustees. These changes aim to bolster its governance and position the organization for significant growth as it moves toward 2026.
New Appointments and Roles
The newly appointed members are expected to bring new insights, expertise, and leadership skills to the foundation. Among these notable appointments is
Glynna Christian, who continues to serve as Board Chair. Having completed her inaugural year in this role, Christian is the Senior Managing Director and Head of Technology AI Law at TIAA. Her background in corporate innovation and AI policy is seen as invaluable for integrating technology into affordable housing initiatives. She expressed her enthusiasm for merging her legal and technological passions to create impactful changes in housing markets.
The foundation has also welcomed two key figures to its Board of Trustees:
- - Jeffrey Scruggs, who has a rich history in municipal finance with over 30 years of experience at significant firms such as Goldman Sachs and UBS Securities. Scruggs stated his intention of leveraging innovative financing strategies to broaden access to safe, affordable housing.
- - Adrianne Todman, the CEO of the National Rental Home Council and former Deputy Secretary at HUD, brings considerable policy expertise and hands-on leadership experience.
