Pacific Northwest Credit Unions Unite for Fundraising Campaign to Aid Children in Need
In an inspiring initiative to support children's healthcare, twelve credit unions from Oregon and Southwest Washington have joined forces to launch a special fundraising campaign aimed at benefitting Children's Miracle Network Hospitals (CMN Hospitals). This collaborative effort is set to take place from June 1 to June 30, 2025, with a pop-up feature on the online banking platforms of the participating institutions. The credit unions involved are: Central Willamette Credit Union, Columbia Credit Union, Fibre Federal Credit Union, First Tech Federal Credit Union, Forrit Credit Union, InRoads Credit Union, iQ Credit Union, OnPoint Community Credit Union, Oregon State Credit Union, Red Canoe Credit Union, Rivermark Community Credit Union, and Unitus Community Credit Union.
For nearly four decades, credit unions have rallied together under the umbrella of Credit Unions for Kids (CU4Kids) to generate vital funds for CMN Hospitals, which support children undergoing medical care. The CU4Kids initiative remains one of the top five fundraising entities for CMN Hospitals, further solidifying the credit unions' commitment to philanthropy. Members of the twelve participating credit unions will have the opportunity to contribute directly to this cause, and the funds raised will play a crucial role in financing essential pediatric cancer research, providing life-saving treatments, aiding families financially, and enhancing the care available to patients treated at CMN Hospitals.
