Tokyo Matching Event Results Report Meeting
On July 16, 2026, the Japan Network for Public Interest Activities (JANPIA) will host a hybrid results report meeting to showcase collaborative examples between organizations that utilize dormant deposits to address societal challenges and companies. The event will be supported by the Japan Business Federation (Keidanren).
This report meeting aims to communicate to the public the successful collaborations established during the matching event held in November 2025 in Tokyo, where 20 dormant deposit-utilizing entities, 24 coordinators, and 33 companies participated. Two impactful examples of collaboration will be shared, focusing on the processes involved and the achievements realized through these partnerships.
During the event, representatives from collaborating companies, partner organizations, and coordinators will discuss several key aspects including:
- - The process of collaboration
- - Outcomes achieved through collaboration
- - Aspirations for the future
- - Support mechanisms in place to facilitate collaboration
A panel discussion will follow the presentation of each case study, diving deeper into the value and significance of partnerships between enterprises and the social sector.
The goal of the meeting is to broaden the understanding of successful collaborations between dormant deposit-utilizing organizations and businesses, thereby encouraging more partnerships and creating greater social impact. Additionally, JANPIA is set to hold a Matching Event in Sapporo, Hokkaido on November 6, 2026.
