Outlaw's diverse background also includes crucial engineering positions at General Mills and International Paper, where her pioneering work in microwave popcorn and aseptic beverage packaging gained recognition.

With 27 patents to her name, Outlaw’s extensive technical expertise is set to greatly benefit Balloon Exchange.
