Ierabu Group Launches Exciting Internship Program for University Students with EX Furin Kazan Event

Ierabu Group Announces Exciting Internship Program

Ierabu Group, a leader in real estate digital transformation, has announced the launch of an exciting internship program aimed at university students. This initiative will allow students to gain practical experience in event planning and PR, culminating in a collaboration with the M League team, EX Furin Kazan, which is managed by TV Asahi. The event is scheduled for mid-October 2026, building upon the success of the previous year’s program.

Background and Purpose

Under the ethos of "work seriously while playing," Ierabu Group is committed to creating opportunities for students to grow through real-world experiences. Serving as a sponsor for the EX Furin Kazan team, the company engages in various initiatives that enhance the team's profile and reach. This internship is designed to empower students, enabling them to take charge of the entire event process from concept to execution alongside experienced professionals from both Ierabu Group and TV Asahi.

In the inaugural internship secured in 2025, students successfully transformed their innovative ideas into a tangible event, including casting popular creator Bug Eyes from the Tokai On Air group. The event attracted around 100 participants and garnered significant media attention, with coverage by renowned outlets like Asahi Shimbun and Mynavi News.
