In an exciting new venture, the conceptual brand WILDSIDE YOHJI YAMAMOTO, known for its edgy and innovative designs, is launching its first collaboration with the renowned military brand SPIEWAK. This exclusive collection will be available starting October 15, 2023, both online and at select retail locations in Japan.

The highlight of this collaboration is an updated version of the iconic G-8 flight jacket, which has its roots in the 1950s when it was utilized by the U.S. Navy Air Forces. The design incorporates the traditional elements of the original G-8, such as the large flap pockets on the chest, the cigar pocket on the left arm, and the ribbed chin strap, ensuring that the jacket retains its historic essence. However, true to the WILDSIDE approach, contemporary modifications have been introduced. These include a double zip front and additional side pockets that enhance functionality and style, making it perfect for modern wear.

Crafted from the original high-quality wool gabardine fabric by Yohji Yamamoto, the jacket not only boasts an aesthetic appeal but also ensures warmth and comfort with its lightweight padding, making it ideal for the fall and winter seasons.
