The Grand Hyatt Tokyo, a luxurious hotel towering in the hustle and bustle of the city, is set to launch its exclusive "White Day Collection" from March 1 to March 14, 2026. This special offering will be available at the Fiorentina Pastry Boutique, showcasing a tempting array of sweets and breads ideal for gifting on this celebratory occasion.

The collection features a total of eight exquisite items, including three enticing new creations. Among these is the addition of a brand-new champagne bottle-shaped chocolate, complementing the previously popular wine bottle-shaped chocolates. Each intricately crafted bottle is filled to the brim with delightful strawberry almond chocolate, providing a sensory treat. To make gifts even more personal, customers can have custom messages printed on the chocolate’s label, a unique touch that’s perfect for loved ones or anyone who enjoys wine and champagne. Note that special messages must be reserved three days in advance.

In addition to the captivating chocolate bottles, the collection also includes a charmingly redesigned "Coffret." This sweet treat features a heart-shaped chocolate container filled with an assortment of bonbons that include flavors like Ananas Coco (pineapple and coconut), yuzu, and strawberry ganache. The design is so exquisite; it resembles a jewelry box, making it an appealing gift choice.

Moreover, there is a variety of nine assorted bonbons, beautifully presented and including flavors such as peach-apricot, exotic fruits, and raspberry, among others. Whether enjoyed solo or shared with someone special, they are a delightful indulgence.

For macaron lovers, this year’s White Day collection includes stunning white and pink marbled macarons filled with smooth ganache. Each box allows indulgence in three different flavors: rose, strawberry, and vanilla, appealing to visually inclined sweet tooth aficionados.
