Residents in the affected areas can reach out to our customer service team to request these products. Based on the inquiries received, customers can choose their desired items to be supplied free of charge. We ensure free shipping to the requested addresses.
Please note that due to the current circumstances, there may be some delays in product delivery. Additionally, any necessary repairs related to these products will be conducted at no charge.

- - Processing Units: Applications will be accepted until October 30, Reiwa 8 (Friday).
- - Other Products: Applications can be made until December 28, Reiwa 8 (Monday).
