Financial Executives International Welcomes New Board Members
Financial Executives International (FEI) has unveiled its new Board of Directors for the fiscal year 2026-2027, starting July 1, 2026. As the premier organization for CFOs, CAOs, and other senior financial executives, FEI will strategically benefit from the expertise of its new leadership team.
New Leadership Team
Vincent Greene as National Board Chair
Vincent Greene, the Automotive Controller at General Motors, has been elected as the Board Chair. Greene, a FEI member since 2008, has actively participated in significant committees including the Committee on Corporate Reporting, the Committee on Benefits Finance, and the Pension Investment Committee. With a strong commitment to advancing the profession of financial leadership, he brings experience from his tenure as a Board member since 2021. As Board Chair, Greene's role will be pivotal in shaping the strategic direction of FEI, aligning the organization closely with its mission of nurturing financial leaders.
Key Appointments

Amie Thuener, Chief Financial Officer at Broadcom, steps up as the Vice Chair. Since joining FEI in 2013, she has made substantial contributions, participating in various pivotal committees such as the Lease Working Group and the SEC Subcommittee. Her leadership as Secretary has prepared her well for this new role, where she will further advance FEI's strategic initiatives.

Nicholas Koutouras, Vice President at Q2 Holdings, has been appointed as Secretary. Active in FEI since 2010, Koutouras's leadership roles within the Los Angeles Chapter culminated in his Board election in 2022, reflecting his commitment to the organization.

Vickie Wong, Executive Advisor at Cisco Systems, will take on the role of Treasurer. Wong has been an FEI member since 2013 and has previously led various corporate reporting initiatives, showcasing her expertise in financial action and leadership.

Alice L. Jolla, Corporate Vice President of Microsoft, will serve as the Immediate Past Chair, bearing considerable experience from her active involvement in FEI since 2011. Her ongoing support will be vital as the Board transitions through new challenges and developments.
