Vegan Garden Burger

One standout offering is the Vegan Garden Burger, featuring a delectable patty made from baked tofu, onions, carrots, green beans, chickpeas, and dried shiitake mushrooms, all sandwiched in a stunning beetroot bun. This eco-conscious delight aligns with the hotel's commitment to sustainability, priced at ¥3,500, served daily from 11:30 AM to 10:00 PM at the All-Day Dining OASIS GARDEN on the 36th floor.

Matcha, Azuki, and Griotte Cherry Cake

For dessert, the Matcha, Azuki, and Griotte Cherry Cake offers a fusion of flavors with its gluten-free composition, melding sweet azuki beans with sour griotte cherries atop a matcha base. Created by the award-winning patissier Kana Yoshino, this cake is available for takeout at ¥5,000, with orders accepted until three days in advance from 12:00 Noon to 8:00 PM.

Saffron Risotto

The vibrant Yellow Saffron Risotto represents the hotel’s celebration of summer and growth, beautifully plated with poached veal sweetbreads, embodying the essence of strong sunflowers reaching for the sky. Enjoy this dish from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM for just ¥3,800.

Ume Shiso Somen

Guests are also invited to try the refreshing Ume Shiso Somen, a summertime favorite. This cold noodle dish combines the flavors of ume and shiso with seasonal toppings, priced at ¥2,200 and served from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Signature Cocktails

To complement the meal, indulge in Horizon Blue, a cocktail inspired by the meeting of sea and sky, made with gin and blue curaçao, served at the Sky Gallery Lounge Levita and The Bar illumiid. Priced at ¥3,200, it is available daily until midnight. For a non-alcoholic option, the Orange Tea-Ade, bursting with citrus and rooibos tea flavors, is a refreshing choice at ¥2,800.
