Having amassed over 20 years of international experience across key sectors such as consumer health, FMCG, and pharmaceuticals, Hampden-Smith brings an impressive resume to Karo. His career highlights include significant leadership roles at Reckitt, where he was the Senior Vice President of Supply for North America. This position was preceded by various senior roles that helped grow Reckitt’s global operations.

Philip's tenure at Reckitt stands out for its focus on transforming supply organizations to enhance service efficiency, reduce operational costs, and integrate newly acquired businesses into existing systems. His history of leading large, complex supply chains through transformation is exactly what Karo Healthcare is looking for as it gears up for its next growth phase.

According to Christoffer Lorenzen, CEO of Karo Healthcare, welcoming Philip to the team is a pivotal development.
