The new installations are expected to generate more than 4 GWh of electricity annually, significantly reducing the club’s carbon footprint by approximately 1,800 tons of CO2 emissions each year.
By utilizing clean solar energy, SIGNAL IDUNA PARK will be empowered to operate its entire lighting system for up to 1,000 matches per year sustainably.
