June 3rd and 4th, bringing a slice of Spain's renowned culinary festival directly to Tokyo.
Founded in 2003,
Madrid Fusión has grown into one of the world’s most prestigious culinary summits, celebrated for showcasing cutting-edge cooking techniques and innovative food research. This year, the JW Marriott Hotel Tokyo will play host to
10 acclaimed chefs, including numerous Michelin-starred talents, who will congregate for two nights of extraordinary gastronomic exploration.
During the gala dinner, scheduled to start at
7:30 PM after a cocktail welcome reception, guests can look forward to a
five-course savory menu curated by
five distinguished chefs each night. Diners will also indulge in an array of desserts and petits fours crafted by the hotel’s pastry team.
Before diving into the culinary delights, guests will have the opportunity to explore a welcome area showcasing premium Spanish ingredients, celebrating Spain's rich culinary culture.
The wine selection for this event will be overseen by
Fernando Mora, a Master of Wine from Aragón, whose expertise is integral in creating perfect pairings that elevate the dining experience. With only about 400 individuals worldwide holding this prestigious title, guests can anticipate a thoughtfully curated wine list that complements the exquisite food.
