The event is built around a virtual space called "Shuukatsu Art Online," where participants are immersed in a gripping escape room scenario. Entrapped in a world of mysteries, individuals will collaborate with their teams to decipher clues within a time limit, striving to achieve job offers from various companies by completing various recruitment tasks.
The real magic of this event lies in the natural behavior participants exhibit while tackling the puzzles, which often reveals essential skills like communication, critical thinking, and decision-making that are usually hard to gauge in traditional interviews.
The event unfolds in three engaging steps:
1. Solving Mysteries: Take on the mission of escaping the "Job Hunting Simulation" while working with teammates to unravel clues under time constraints.
2. Strength Assessment Survey: Participants' behaviors during the puzzle-solving phase will directly reflect in an analysis of their strengths. Using a proprietary app, they will undertake personality and behavior analyses, culminating in personalized feedback sheets.
