Delight in Bread Making at the Fun Workshop

On March 25, from 10 AM to 1:30 PM, a delightful bread-making workshop will unfold at the Fuefuki River Fruit Park located in Yamanashi City. Hosted by the PALSYSTEM Yamanashi Nagano Cooperative, the event promises a hands-on experience in baking with an expert instructor from PALBREAD, a notable company specializing in producing bread products for the cooperative.

Creating Authentic Flavors

During the workshop, participants will engage in every step of bread making, from kneading dough to fermentation, shaping, and finally, baking. Each participant will create three distinct types of homemade bread, perfectly complemented by a meal featuring fresh salad, soup, and beverages. This unique approach allows participants not only to craft their own bread but also to connect and mingle with fellow bread enthusiasts.

The instructor will be a skilled employee from PALBREAD, who is deeply familiar with the production of PALSYSTEM’s private label products.
