Zoomlion's Stellar Presentation at AGRITECHNICA 2025

In an impressive showcase, Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd. unveiled its latest advancements in hybrid agricultural technology at AGRITECHNICA 2025, held in Hanover, Germany. This premier exhibition allowed Zoomlion to present a total of nine new products, notably featuring a blend of host machinery and essential agricultural tools. The focus of their display was to demonstrate their commitment to innovation and sustainable agricultural practices on a global scale.

Among the standout products introduced were four new energy-efficient tractors: the DV3504, DQ2604, and DL1604 hybrid models, as well as the H7-600E hybrid combine harvester offering a remarkable 480 horsepower. These tractors are meticulously designed to meet the demands of mass, intelligent, and sustainable farming, emphasizing high power output, energy efficiency, and enhanced operator comfort.

The flagship model, the DV3504 tractor, is equipped with Zoomlion's proprietary MIDD intelligent distributed electric drive system, delivering an impressive traction force of 119 kN and a hydraulic flow rate of 227 L/min. This model is particularly suited for large-scale agricultural operations while ensuring a comfortable driving experience, featuring a soundproof cabin and pneumatically suspended seat.

Additionally, a live demonstration of the DV3504 was streamed from China, showcasing its autonomous harrowing capabilities. Using the Zpilot Pro system, the demonstration highlighted Zoomlion's prowess in optimizing the agricultural workflow, starting from soil preparation and planting to crop management and harvesting. The event featured five simultaneous views, including drone footage, front and rear cameras mounted on the tractor, cabin screens, and a cloud-based management platform. Attendees witnessed the tractor autonomously calculating optimal trajectories, executing various maneuvering techniques, including X-turns, and maintaining centimeter-level accuracy through a combination of advanced sensors and precise positioning systems.

The H7-600E combine harvester gained widespread attention for its impressive capabilities, boasting a 20% increase in yield, over 30% reduction in operator workload, a 70% decrease in the number of transmission components, an over 50% enhancement in reliability, and a 30% reduction in energy consumption. Taglined as the world's first intelligent hybrid combine harvester with high capacity, it marries a mighty 480 horsepower engine with an 11.55 kWh battery, producing peak power exceeding 600 horsepower.

Zoomlion’s German subsidiary, RABE, also unveiled three premium tools: the intelligent SUPER ALBATROS plow, the PHOENIX T 600 tillage machine, and the PANDION M 500 disc harrow, all engineered to provide comprehensive agricultural solutions for various soil conditions.

According to Liu Yuxin, General Manager of Zoomlion Agricultural Machinery, this exhibition marks a significant milestone in the company's strategy towards premium quality, international expansion, and new energy solutions. Fu Ling, Vice President and Chief Engineer of Zoomlion, emphasized the importance of leveraging engineering machinery expertise to advance agricultural equipment towards hybridization and intelligence, thereby contributing to a more sustainable global agricultural landscape.
