Dhanashree Bhat, the Chief Operating Officer, will be stepping down from her position effective August 11, 2025, to explore external career opportunities. In place of Bhat, Jaideep Dhok will take on the role of Chief Operating Officer – Technology beginning August 12, 2025. Jaideep Dhok has been an instrumental figure at Persistent, having previously served as the Senior Vice President for Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI). With over 23 years of experience, including 14 years at Persistent, Dhok has led numerous transformation programs and played a pivotal role in expanding the BFSI segment. His new responsibilities will encompass Delivery Excellence, Talent Acquisition and Management, Learning and Development, along with overseeing Alliances and Partnerships.
Sandeep Kalra, the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Persistent, commented on the organizational changes, expressing appreciation for Bhat's efforts and welcoming Dhok to his new position.
