Call for Vendors: Kawasaki Natural & Earth Festival 2026

Kawasaki Natural & Earth Festival 2026

An Invitation to Vendors

On September 26, 2026, the Kawasaki Natural & Earth Festival will take place at Kawasaki Festa Square, located right outside the east exit of JR Kawasaki Station. We are currently looking for vendors who can bring a variety of experiences, food, and products to the festival. The application deadline is July 20, 2026.

Imagine stepping out of JR Kawasaki Station on a Saturday morning at 11 AM. The usual bustling scene at the station is transformed as colorful tents are set up, the enticing aroma of food fills the air from cooking trucks, and people engage in conversations with vendors about their unique products. Children point energetically at intriguing items as passerby’s drift toward this lively area. This is the vibrant atmosphere we aim to create on September 26 in front of Kawasaki Station, and we invite you to join us.

A Prime Location

The Kawasaki Festa Square is a spacious open area situated just steps from the east exit of JR Kawasaki Station, right across from the Kawasaki Le Front shopping complex. This area is frequented by approximately 10,000 to 30,000 people daily, making it an ideal spot for attracting customers without the need for extensive advertising.

By setting up a tent, you can capture the attention of those leaving the station, allowing them to engage with your products and possibly make a purchase. The square accommodates a maximum of 20 tents, 40 vendor spots (including half-spaces), and up to 6 food trucks. We will also feature a stage and dining area to enhance the festival experience. This is a public market conducted in accordance with the guidelines established by the Kawasaki City Urban Development Bureau.

Diverse Offerings Welcomed

We welcome various vendors without restrictions on genre. Whether you want to serve freshly made snacks from a food truck, present artisanal crafts, offer scent-testing booths, or host workshops such as yoga and holistic practices, all are encouraged to participate. If your offering allows for interaction—where people can see, touch, discuss, and take things home—it’s welcome, regardless of category.

Whether you wish to launch a new product or introduce your standard menu to new customers, or offer hands-on experiences through classes or treatments, this is the space for you. We also welcome collaborations among multiple vendors, provided prior approval is obtained.
