Wood Partners Expands Leadership in South Florida with New Managing Director

Wood Partners, a prominent national developer specializing in multifamily housing, has elevated its South Florida operations by hiring Micah Conn as the new Managing Director. Conn's extensive experience and established reputation in the multifamily sector make him an ideal fit for this role. He will oversee all aspects of development in the region, including project origination, entitlement processes, design, capital management, and construction oversight.

Conn brings over 20 years of experience in multifamily and mixed-use development to Wood Partners. Prior to this role, he was the Senior Vice President of Development at AvalonBay Communities, where he played a vital role in establishing and leading their Southeast Florida development operations. He was responsible for the entire project cycle, from sourcing and entitlement to stabilization of newly developed properties. Earlier in his career, he also held significant positions at Gables Residential and M-M Properties, where he oversaw investment activities and development operations respectively.
