Dar Global, a London-listed luxury real estate developer, has made a substantial move forward by awarding the enabling works contract for the much-anticipated Trump International Hotel Tower in Dubai to Edrafor Emirates LLC. This decision marks a pivotal moment in the construction of what is expected to become a stellar landmark on Sheikh Zayed Road, right at the gateway to downtown Dubai.

In April 2025, the Trump International Hotel Tower was inaugurated, showcasing an ambitious blend of world-class hospitality, luxurious residential living, and an exclusive private club designed for a discerning community of international residents. The 80-story tower is set to soar to a height of 350 meters, featuring the highest outdoor swimming pool in Dubai, two ultra-rare penthouses inspired by the Trump Tower in New York, and breathtaking panoramic views of the iconic Burj Khalifa.

Edrafor Emirates LLC will take charge of the essential enabling and foundation work required to prepare the site for full-scale construction. This crucial project phase includes ground engineering, deep enabling systems, and logistical mobilization to ensure that the supreme quality standards associated with such a prestigious and luxurious development are met.
