Popular Tsujita Ramen Expands Morning Menu to Kachidoki Store

Expansion of Tsujita's Morning Ramen Menu

In an exciting development for ramen enthusiasts, Tsujita, known for its rich and flavorful dishes, is set to expand its morning ramen menu at the Kachidoki store beginning March 2. The company's commitment to creating the perfect bowl of ramen has resonated well with customers, leading to an impressive cumulative total of approximately 20,000 bowls sold since its launch.

This unique morning ramen offering includes two delectable options: the "Asa no Chuka Soba" (Morning Chinese Noodle) and the "Wonton Chuka Soba" (Wonton Chinese Noodle). Initially introduced at the Tsujita Toyocho location in July 2025, the morning menu quickly gained popularity, selling over 13,000 bowls just within the first six months. Given the overwhelming customer response, Tsujita decided to broaden its sales venues, and January 2026 saw the addition of the Iidabashi and Ningyocho stores to the morning sales roster. Now, the Kachidoki location joins the list of participating stores.

A Flavorful Start to Your Day

The allure of Tsujita's morning ramen isn't just about the quality, but also its accessibility. Served for a limited three-and-a-half-hour window each morning, the ramen's base is crafted from a carefully developed recipe that combines chicken and fish flavors to create a gentle yet flavorful soup. The broth is enriched with chicken bones and niboshi (dried sardines), producing a delicate balance of umami that diners will find utterly satisfying.

To complement the exquisite broth, Tsujita has created a specially designed straight noodle that is light and easy to enjoy. Topped with generous portions of handmade wontons, which feature a touch of ginger for an added kick, each bowl showcases a harmonious blend of flavors, making it the perfect choice for a morning meal.

Free Extras Make It Even Better

For those seeking a more complete breakfast experience, Tsujita provides additional value by offering free rice and raw eggs with every morning ramen order. This allows customers to customize their meals: mix the raw egg with rice for a simple yet delicious dish or incorporate it into the ramen for a creamy consistency. This thoughtful addition has turned out to be one of the key reasons behind the menu's rising popularity.

Each morning service runs daily from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM, ensuring that early risers can grab a quick and hearty meal to kickstart their day.

Store Locations

The Kachidoki store will officially launch the morning menu on March 2, while the other branches are already serving these delightful options:

  • - Tsujita Iidabashi Store: Located at Tokyo's Chiyoda Ward, with morning hours the same as Kachidoki.
  • - Ningyocho Store: In Tokyo's Chuo Ward, offering the same flavorful morning menu.
  • - Toyocho Store: Also boasts the morning offerings since its original launch.

All Tsujita locations uphold the same commitment to quality and flavor that has earned the brand a loyal following over the years.
