This initiative includes a comprehensive report that discusses key factors valued by medical professionals and aims to assist in shaping future clinic designs and hiring strategies.

To determine the desirable work environments, Union Tech conducted an extensive survey involving 552 healthcare professionals, backed by a customer survey of 1,000 responses to assess 99 nominated clinics.
