The program is a brainchild of Kasugai Seika Co., Ltd., a celebrated confectionery company based in Nagoya, which is dedicated to making Aichi a more entertaining destination. 2026 marks the fourth iteration of this initiative, which is now backed by a sizeable coalition of businesses and public entities eager to foster exciting learning experiences for all ages.
