RBC Global Asset Management Achieves Best Workplace Recognition for Third Straight Year
RBC Global Asset Management Named Best Place to Work in the U.S.
RBC Global Asset Management (RBC GAM) has proudly announced that its U.S. division has been awarded the title of one of the best places to work in the money management sector for the third consecutive year. This accolade, presented by Pensions & Investments, emphasizes the organization's ongoing dedication to fostering a high-performance culture that promotes innovation, productivity, and overall employee well-being.
Pensions & Investments conducts an annual survey aimed at identifying exemplary employers within the money management industry. This survey is focused on those companies that cultivate an inclusive workplace culture that supports and motivates employees to perform at their best. RBC GAM's recognition is a testament to its consistent high employee satisfaction scores, which span areas such as workplace environment, professional development opportunities, leadership quality, and overall employee welfare.
Donald Sanya, the CEO of RBC Global Asset Management (U.S.), expressed pride in the distinctive recognition: "We are incredibly honored to be acknowledged once again as one of the best places to work in our industry. This award underscores our commitment to creating a space where our employees feel appreciated, inspired, and empowered to achieve outstanding results for our clients. Receiving this recognition for the third consecutive year highlights the deep alignment of our core values with those of our employees."
To determine the annual award recipients, Pensions & Investments collaborated with the Workforce Research Group, an independent research firm that conducted a two-part survey of nominated employers along with their employees. This survey was conducted between July and August 2025. The first part examined the workplace policies, practices, and employee demographics of RBC GAM U.S., contributing roughly 25% to the overall evaluation. The second part involved gathering feedback directly from employees, which accounted for about 75% of the total assessment.
The results were disclosed on December 8, 2025, on Pensions & Investments' official website. The complete list of the 2025 Best Places to Work in Money Management winners, along with profiles of these recognized firms, can also be found on their site.
