Introduction
At the Agritechnica 2025 in Hannover, DJI Agriculture has unveiled three highly anticipated agricultural drones: the Agras T100, Agras T70P, and Agras T25P. Each model represents a significant advancement in drone technology, promising higher operational efficiency and enhanced safety for farmers across Europe, Central Asia, and Africa.
Model Innovations
Over 13 years of dedicated research and development have led to the creation of this next-generation series of spraying drones. These advanced models can carry heavier payloads and handle a variety of applications, all while delivering greater operational efficiency.
Agras T100: Designed for Large-Scale Farming
The T100 model is specifically tailored for large commercial growers. It boasts a payload capacity of 100 liters for spraying, 150 liters for spreading, and 80 kilograms for lifting. Compared to its predecessor, this model is twice as efficient for large volume spraying and provides faster spreading capabilities. Equipped with a cutting-edge safety system featuring LiDAR technology, millimeter-wave radar, and a Penta-Vision system, it ensures unmatched safety and intelligent operation. The standard dual-nozzle sprayer allows for a flow rate of 30 liters per minute, increasing to 40 liters per minute with the optional quad-nozzle setup. Additionally, the new screw feeder in the spreading system doubles the payload capacity with a flow rate increase of up to 270%.
Agras T70P: Enhanced Operational Efficiency
Next is the Agras T70P, which introduces multiple upgrades to boost operational efficiency. With a maximum payload capacity of 70 liters for spraying, 100 liters for spreading, and 65 kilograms for lifting, it maintains the same flow rates and droplet sizes as the T100, complemented by a new spreading and lifting system. The Safety System 3.0 provides enhanced obstacle detection features with millimeter-wave radar and a Tri-Vision system, ensuring smarter route selection and improved obstacle avoidance.
Agras T25P: Compact and Flexible
Ideal for independent operations, the Agras T25P retains the compact and foldable design of its predecessor while offering an improved high-precision screw spreading system 4.0 with a 25-kilogram capacity and the Safety System 3.0. When used for spraying, it can handle 20 kilograms at a flow rate of 16 liters per minute, with droplet sizes ranging from 50 to 500 micrometers. This model is perfect for autonomous operations, offering easy transport and setup while enabling fully automated flights for tasks like aerial mapping and crop protection.
Training Program Expansion
DJI Agriculture is also enhancing its training program through its DJI Academy in Europe. This program aims to equip new operators with the essential skills needed for efficient drone operations focused on crop protection, precise spreading, and safety. The curriculum continually evolves to incorporate the latest technical skills and DJI product offerings, ensuring every operator is well-versed in cutting-edge agricultural technology.
