Shields joined Casey Family Programs in 2010 as the Senior Director of Human Resources. Throughout her tenure, she has implemented numerous initiatives aimed at improving workplace support and employee wellness. Her work has been instrumental in fostering a nurturing environment conducive to attracting and retaining a talented workforce dedicated to the organization's mission.
