Strema Unveils Web Version of Kakokite! Estimation Service

In June 2025, Eleuno Corp., based in Tokyo and led by CEO Kenji Ohashi, introduced the web version of its used car estimation service, "Kakokite! Estimation". This innovative platform eliminates the need for app installation, allowing users to seamlessly apply for vehicle evaluations through their web browsers, enhancing accessibility for a wider audience.

About Kakokite! Estimation

"Kakokite! Estimation" addresses the three major pain points commonly associated with traditional used car estimation services: an influx of sales calls, complex scheduling, and payment disputes. Users can complete their estimation requests by simply entering vehicle information and preferred assessment date and location, all without the need to provide sensitive personal details such as phone numbers.

Communication with valuation staff is facilitated through chat, and transactions are secured with an escrow payment system to ensure a safe and reliable experience.

Background of Web Version Release

Previously, Kakokite! Estimation was exclusively available via the Strema app. However, with most bulk estimation services emphasizing web applications for submissions, the requirement to download an app posed a barrier for potential users of the service. To make "Kakokite! Estimation" more accessible and user-friendly, Strema decided to launch a web version.

How to Use the Web Version of Kakokite! Estimation

Similar to the app process, users can apply for vehicle estimations via their smartphone or PC browser. Here’s how:

1. Enter Vehicle Information: Supply details like make, model, and any past repairs. Additional information can be provided in the remarks section, and users can upload photos of their vehicles.

2. Specify Estimation Date and Location: Users need to select their desired date and location for the assessment.

3. Request Estimation: Tapping the "Request Estimation" button confirms the application. Note that login is required for utilizing chat functionalities.

Future Developments

Currently, the chat function following the estimation request can only be accessed through the Strema app. However, further updates will progressively enable users to utilize chat features and more functionalities via the web platform.
