Ultra Intelligence & Communications Provides Advanced Crypto Solutions for Polish Military

Ultra Intelligence & Communications Strengthens Polish Defense with Advanced Cryptographic Solutions

In a significant move to bolster security and communication efficiency, Ultra Intelligence & Communications (Ultra IC) has partnered with Enamor International. This collaboration will see the provision of cutting-edge remote rekey capabilities for the Crypto Modernization Link-16, specifically tailored for the Polish Armed Forces. This contract underlines Ultra IC’s commitment to supporting NATO and coalition forces with robust, secure, and interoperable communication tools.

The centerpiece of this initiative is the Remote Tactical Data Link Management System (RTDLMS). This software solution redefines how secure communications are managed in high-stakes military environments. It streamlines the process of performing remote cryptographic rekey and management, which is crucial for Link-16 tactical data link radios. Link-16 serves as a primary military network employed by NATO and its allies, facilitating secure and real-time situational awareness during operations.

Traditionally, updating cryptographic keys has been a challenge, especially in remote locations where accessibility is limited. The RTDLMS addresses this by automating cryptographic updates, thus ensuring continuous and secure operations across various military platforms—land, air, and maritime. Greg Rudy, Vice President of Business Development at Ultra IC's C2IE division, highlighted the significance of this technology: "This award showcases Ultra IC's expertise in delivering comprehensive communications security lifecycle management solutions to U.S. and allied forces. The RTDLMS not only enhances operational flexibility but, when paired with our ADSI® datalink interoperability solutions, it significantly empowers military forces to complete missions with greater confidence."

The collaboration represents an exciting opportunity for both Ultra IC and Enamor International. Maciej Kaczkowski, president of Enamor, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, stating, "We are eager to deepen our collaboration with Ultra IC to deliver the most advanced COMSEC management solutions to the Polish Ministry of Defence. This program emphasizes genuine international partnership, aimed at providing the finest solutions to our coalition partners."

With over 300 installations globally, the RTDLMS has proven its effectiveness in enhancing the readiness and efficiency of allied forces. Ultra IC actively commits to supplying NATO allies with the secure, mission-critical communications solutions essential for success in intricate operational scenarios.
