This year's theme, "Delivering Value While Thinking of Our Customers' Smiles," gathered 56 representatives from various branches, all of whom triumphed over 5,839 participants across the country. The national competition took place in Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture, where competitors not only responded to inquiries but also engaged customers effectively to recommend suitable products based on their needs.

This year, out of 49 participants from Altius Link, Yumi Tsurumi, who secured first place in the Aichi Prefecture tournament, represented the company at the national level. Tsurumi's performance stood out as she interacted with customers with warmth and professionalism, exemplifying the company's core values. When asked by a customer about purchasing beef tongue for a son's university acceptance celebration, she responded with enthusiasm, “Congratulations! Let’s find a perfect product for your celebration.”

Her exceptional performance earned her the Excellence Award, marking the company's first entry into the top tier of this esteemed competition. This achievement reflects not only individual talent but also a robust support system within Altius Link, fostering a collaborative atmosphere for skill enhancement.
