• - Christmas Aria: Chef Nojima's signature chocolate cake, a winner at the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie, features a luscious mousse, lemon confit, and hazelnut biscuit layered with a crunchy caramel finish. Priced at ¥8,000 (12cm).
